Artist's description: Work realized with the technique of waterpainting, in which the absolute protagonist is water, an essential element for life and present in all living forms; but not only, it is also necessary for art, the symbol par excellence of life, which expresses the connection present among all beings. Connection that takes the form of a fluctuating and light dance of different entities that blend together, losing their individuality ... From a drop the world is created which is a reticulum of relationships, indeed it is an undivided whole that flows continuously without the possibility of interruptions. The title liquid matter seems to suggest an oxymoron because it is customary to associate solidity and body to matter, but the contradiction is only apparent; even what seems to dissolve and disappear like a drop of water, in reality it does not do it completely, or rather, it turns into something else without dissipating energy, because life is this continuous cycle of recreation in which nothing it is created, nothing is destroyed, but everything is transformed...
