I start with oil paintings at the age of 17, asself taught. In this first step is highlighted the importance of the title of the artwork. The high point is reached with tell of “heat stories” on canvas. Paintings achieved with the aim of tell my experiences using canvas which have directly suffered the story. The turning point, however, is when a little girl asks me to paint a tree in her room. My task was to make a little girl happy, I never thought I could do such a thing. At that point I begin the path of inner expression by creating self-portraits, analyzing myself without tools to reflect my face. Starting from this I have developed a series of paintings on my friends, the important ones with whom I find myself drinking and partying without any pretext, wanting to portray them in all their expressiveness, not to remember them but to give them life. Everyone is portrayed while relating with me, fundamental is that I want to immortalize our relationship from my point of view, also the auto-potrait. This, too, like the others, is not a portrait of a person, but a portrait of a perfect understanding between me and that person. The viewer's eye must immerse itself in these sacred figures and unite them in one party. All this last series is simple, it's the portrait of what I love. And I love the situations that are created when I am with them, and I have painted them in all their drama.See less
