Artist's description: This is the image of my daughter looking behind a window. As I raised my daughter, I always wanted her to understand that throughout her life she would continuously encounter new open windows offering her new opportunities to grasp and take advantage of on her journey. And that no matter what, if a window would close, there would always be another window opening for her afterwards. Life is full of opportunities, and they would come and go, but what is important is to keep your head up and your gaze looking forward for what is coming next. There will always be a new opportunity, a new possibility and a new direction.
This artwork evokes a feeling of nostalgia about youth, of that moment in life when you had all the world ahead of you filled with countless opportunities. Being at the edge of new creations, of writing your own story, what a beautiful and precious moment.
