George Thomas is an artist, graduated from FAAP - SP, where he studied with renowned artists. In 1977 when was 20, he made his first solo exhibition. Participated in solo and group exhibitions in Sao Paulo, Uberlândia and Tokyo. George Thomas is an artist, graduated from FAAP - SP, where he studied with renowned artists. In 1977 when was 20, he made his first solo exhibition. Participated in solo and group exhibitions in Sao Paulo, Uberlândia and Tokyo. He collaborated as an illustrator of Folha de São Paulo newspaper, jornal Leia Livros, Editora Brasiliense, Brazil Exchange Journal, worked in scenography at the TV Cultura and worked as a professor at UFU (Federal University of Uberlândia). Currently, in addition to the fine arts, works with visual communication projects and Environmental Design for architectural works. His career as an artist, won breath from the year 2012, when it begins to perform subsequent exhibitions of his artistic production, which becomes almost obsessive since then. The maturity made his creative process to consolidate a constant, playful and evolving culture. Having forgotten the rigor of their masters, he is able to reach an almost childlike ease, tacitly objective the creation of a personal, parallel, free, independent and sustainable world. The artist does not intend to solve the great questions of humanity. He doesn't know what he does.
