Artist's description: On the night of October 25, 2012 a hurricane made landfall in Santiago de Cuba devastating the entire city. The inhabitants of the city were plunged into despair and panic. Years after the catastrophe the city is still in the same state of davastation. The deplorable state of the city of Santiago de Cuba motivated me to make an exhibition on the theme of destruction and the relationship between human beings and their living conditions. It is a critique of abandonment, desolation and despair.
