Such people see motivation in luck, and in failure - a rewarding experience. While others complain about the environment and problems, gold people find a way to profitably sell a solution to these problems.
It is impossible to unsettle the gold people - something is a failure for somebody but luck for gold people!
I think you are such a person, or you can become one because you have a core, you have the will and a positive outlook on the world.
